Shift Your Dating Mindset
In this module, we will unpack your fears and limiting beliefs around dating by taking a close look at the narratives and patterns in your dating life in order to shift your dating mindset. We will also define your goals and set the tone for the rest of the program.
Create An Ideal Partner Image
Creating an image of your dream partner is crucial in order to know what you are looking for and to know if someone is right for you earlier in the dating stages. Together we will define your values, discuss universal red flags vs green flags and gain clarity on your need to have’s, red flags and deal breakers so you understand exactly who your ideal partner is.
Unpack Dating Theories
We know there is a lot of dating advice and theories out there and how confusing they can be. So we unpack these theories and discuss which ones work for you and which ones don’t so you feel clear and aligned on what’s right for you in your own dating life.
A Real Talk About Dating Apps
Yes, the dating apps suck. But they are a part of modern dating culture and are here to stay. We discuss the main issues with apps, how to navigate them in a way that feels authentic to you and most importantly, how to move from app to a date.
Learn How To Date IRL
People want to meet their person IRL more than ever before so let’s make that happen! Uncover how to create a full life that attracts a partner, learn how to be open and approachable when out in the wild and get uncomfortable (yes, we said uncomfortable) with in person dating.
Rejection is a Redirection
Rejection is a normal and inevitable part of dating. In this final module, we learn how to avoid situationships, what to do when someone ghosts or pulls away and the best way to handle rejection. Walk away from this final week excited about dating, empowered to take on any dating experience and above all, know and believe in your worth and all that you have to offer a partner.
